Citizen Dialogues approaches the creation of community-based, issue-oriented theatre events from the point of view presented by David Diamond in his new book Theatre for Living: the art and science of community-based dialogue and rooted in the groundbreaking social-justice theatre games, exercises, and techniques invented by Augusto Boal, the founder and author of the Theatre of the Oppressed.
